Ask yourself in a state of relaxation and sincerity, Am I the Body? Am I the Thoughts/Emotions/Feelings? Am I the Brain? Who Am I?
Whenever you remember, try asking yourself – Who is noticing that? Who is noticing that? Try to reach the ultimate observer of whatsoevers happening.
Ask yourself, what can I notice without words or what can I notice without any labels to it, Just pure noticing.
