In a state of sincerity, Try to reverse think about all the thoughts that you have had in the past half hour. Keep going backwards until you reach a state of blankness, Stay with it and repeat it –
The Blank state will keep becoming longer.

Lift your Hand calmly. Now observe the Hand. And try to reach the ultimate observer who is observing everything.

Ask yourself in a state of relaxation and sincerity, Am I the Body? Am I the Thoughts/Emotions/Feelings? Am I the Brain? Who Am I?

Whenever you remember, try asking yourself – Who is noticing that? Who is noticing that? Try to reach the ultimate observer of whatsoevers happening.
