U.G. Krishnamurti ~ Live Life in the Present

Who was U. G. Krishnamurti?

An Indian Speaker, U. G. Krishnamurti, has been a constant influence for a better life. He always claimed to be in a “natural state”. and believed in the presence of psychology along with a presence of biological factors. He believed in the reality of life.

Uppaluri Gopala Krishnamurti was born on 9th July 1918 in Andhra Pradesh. His teachings were quite resembling the words of Jiddu Krishnamurti, who had the same belief. But often, U. G. mentioned that Jiddu Krishnamurti does not inspire his teachings and messages.

What were his teachings?

He never claimed his thoughts and messages to be teachings for others. He has always mentioned not to preserve his teachings, so the messages cannot be considered as teachings. He speaks in favor of making a positive change in life. His speech helped many people to connect some scattered parts of life.

His teachings always had a message that helps a person to lead a better life. Find the reason for life and their lifestyle. He never claimed his teachings to be unique, but his way of commutation was unique. He could easily connect with the audience and share many inspirational stories.

He emphasized several topics which he did not consider as teachings. It was thought which he shared with others. He has always mentioned several healthy habits one should have to make their life easy and beautiful. His teachings include these habits :-

Honesty to oneself: If you are not honest to your soul, then you cannot be honest to anyone. The only way to be honest with yourself is to accept the mistakes, losses, gain, achievement in real-time.

Live life in the present: living a life in real-time. In the future, what will happen nobody knows. This is why it is better to leave the future’s thoughts for the future and live your life to the fullest. Enjoy the current time you are in.

Listen to your body more than your mind: Our mind always judges situations but not our body. Listen to your body. If you don’t feel like doing a workout today, then skip it. Don’t force yourself to work out and end up getting an injury. Your body and soul will say a lot to you. Instead of listening to your well-designed mind’s decision, you should be listening to your body.

The mind is a myth: We say that our mind makes the best decisions because it can judge, remember, and decide. It is not assured that all decisions made by your mind will be perfect. So stop following your mind blindly.

The more you search, the far you go: if you have had a break up recently, the more you want to forget that person, the more you remember them. This is why U. G always said that the more you get deep into a search, the far goes your distraction.

Meditation and enlightenment are essential elements of spirituality and practice. You cannot create fake enlightenment and not show fake focus on meditation. Both of these elements need focus and belief.
